Experiment safely
Rearranging a whole warehouse is a series of reversible steps, not a commitment.
Every move, resize, placement and deletion can be undone and redone — so you can reorganise your warehouse without fear of losing work.

Most inventory systems treat every action as permanent, which quietly makes people afraid to touch anything. Fear is expensive: layouts go stale, bad data lingers, and staff wait for the one person who "knows the system".
Warehouse Mode behaves like a design tool instead. Moves, resizes, rotations, placements and deletions all push onto an undo stack, so trying something is cheap. Separately — and permanently — every quantity change is written to an audit log that cannot be undone away, because history and reversibility are different jobs.

Restore a removed aisle along with the items that were on it.
Undo and redo work the way they do in every other tool you use.
Stock changes are logged forever with user, device and IP — undo never erases accountability.
A trainee cannot ruin your layout with a stray drag, which makes training faster.
Changes the AI Assistant makes land on the same stack as manual ones.
You should be able to undo a layout mistake in a second — and never be able to undo the record that a quantity changed. Both are true here.
Move an aisle, place stock, resize a rack — anything on the canvas.
Press the shortcut or the toolbar buttons to step backwards and forwards.
For quantity history, open the Activity Log — a permanent record independent of undo.
No, and that is deliberate. Undo restores the previous state; the log still shows that a change was made and then reversed, with who did it and when. Auditability and reversibility are separate features — you want both, and you do not want one erasing the other.
Yes. Deleting an aisle is an undoable action and restoring it brings back the items that were placed on it. For inventory items themselves, deletion is owner-only precisely because it is the one action worth guarding closely.
Undo covers your current session on the warehouse canvas — plenty for the "that was wrong, put it back" case it is designed for. Long-term history lives in the Activity Log, which retains months of records with full detail.
