Inventory management software pricing plans

Pricing designed to not punish growth

The most common complaint about inventory software is not the sticker price — it is per-user billing. A $15-per-seat system looks affordable until five people need access and it quietly becomes $75 a month, so businesses start sharing one login and lose all accountability.

Here, plans are priced on capacity rather than headcount. Team members are included: four on Super, ten on VIP, fifty on Luxury, five hundred on Space, at no per-person cost. Every plan cancels any time, upgrades take effect immediately, and Excel export works on all of them — including free — so your data is never the thing keeping you subscribed.

What you get

A real free tier

50 items, no trial countdown, no card required — enough to run a small shop.

Everything at $10

Pro includes all AI features, purchasing, Square sync and the developer API.

Seats included

Team members come with the plan and are never billed per person.

Cancel anytime

No annual contracts and no cancellation process designed to trap you.

Your data leaves with you

Excel export on every plan, including free.

Add-ons stay optional

Shelf Watch is separate, so you never pay for a camera feature you do not use.

Capacity pricing, not headcount pricing

You should add a seasonal employee to the system because it is useful, not think twice because it costs $15 a month.

Frequently asked questions

How much does inventory management software cost?

Small-business tools typically run from free to about $50/month; enterprise systems cost thousands. The number to interrogate is per-user pricing, which is where a cheap-looking plan becomes expensive. Ours is $0 for 50 items, $10/month for the complete toolkit, and $35/month when you need team seats — with seats bundled rather than billed per head.

Is there a genuinely free inventory management plan?

Yes — 50 items, manual entry, barcode scanning, custom fields and the activity log, with no credit card and no expiry date. It is intended to be genuinely usable for a small operation, not a countdown to a sales call.

Do you charge per user?

No. Team members are included in Super and above — 4, 10, 50 or 500 depending on the plan — and adding one costs nothing extra. This is deliberately the opposite of the industry norm.

What happens if I cancel or downgrade?

Your data stays and you can export it all to Excel at any time, on any plan. Features above your new tier stop being available, but nothing is deleted and nothing is held hostage to make you resubscribe.

What is not included in the subscription?

Shelf Watch — the AI camera monitoring add-on — is billed separately, because it consumes ongoing vision processing and most businesses do not need it. Everything else described on the site is included in the plan tiers.
