No syntax to learn — describe the event the way you would to a colleague.
Tell it what happened in plain language — typed or spoken — and it turns your words into concrete inventory edits you approve before anything changes.

The gold logo at the bottom-right of every page is your AI Assistant. It exists because the gap between "something happened" and "the system knows" is where inventory accuracy dies — usually because updating it meant finding the right screen.
Describe what happened instead. The assistant interprets your sentence against your real catalogue, matching names generously (plurals, partial names, "blue cups" for "Blue Coffee Cups"), then shows you the exact operations it intends to perform. Nothing is written until you approve, and everything it does still runs under your permissions.

You see every proposed edit with items and quantities before it runs.
Finds the right item from partial or descriptive phrasing.
Dictate and edit the transcript, or just type.
"Order 60 more coffee cups" creates a draft PO for your approval.
It can never do more than the person using it is allowed to do.
Six clicks through menus, or one sentence and a confirm. The second one still gets used during the busy hour.
Tap the gold logo on any page, or open it from the account menu.
Type or dictate — "moved all soccer balls to Warehouse B shelf 6".
Review the listed edits and confirm. Everything lands in the activity log.
It can do the data entry, not the judgement. The assistant is excellent at turning "sold three, received a case, moved the rest to the back" into correct records instantly. It does not decide what to stock or how much to buy — it proposes, you approve. That boundary is deliberate: an AI that silently edits stock levels is a liability, not a feature.
You will see it before it happens. Every command produces a visible list of proposed operations — item names, quantities, destinations — and nothing is written until you confirm. A misunderstanding costs you a rephrase rather than a corrupted count.
Only if you grant the "Use AI features" permission, and even then it is constrained by their other permissions. A scan-only member can adjust quantities through it but cannot move stock or change prices, because the limits are enforced in the database rather than in the interface.
