Delete your account

What happens when your account is deleted:

• • Your sign-in, profile, and settings are permanently removed.
• • All inventory items, warehouses, aisles, scanners, tags, batches, activity logs, and alert rules are permanently deleted.
• • Active subscriptions are cancelled; team members lose access to the business.
• • Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request. Some records may be retained longer where the law requires (e.g. payment records held by Stripe).
• • This cannot be undone — consider exporting your inventory to Excel first.
